The Body Groove Discover Your Groove Workshop was created by Misty Tripoli as an introduction to the Groove philosophy by understanding and applying the Groove Truths. You can take your time and go through it at your own pace, in the comfort of your own home! The online workshop includes 8 modules plus 2 bonus modules.

Each module has a video lesson, along with small actions to do so you can easily and successfully apply these principles in your life.
